    We’re open to work with first time investors at an affordable rates and terms and we close fast. Due diligence charged by lender is typically after a term sheet/MOU is signed to underwrite your loan and cover the costs of evaluating your project.

    The estimated closing and transaction costs include loan origination fee, loan packaging fee and costs of lien searches, attorney and appraisal fees which are paid at closing or rolled into the loan. The loan insurance down payment is due immediately your loan is approved.

    LOAN TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

    This is to inform you that before you will be qualify in getting a loan from our company you will have to agree with some certain condition which are listed below:

    1. That you must be above 18 years of age
    2. You must be willing to pay back the loan funds within the due date
    3. You must agree with the interest rate which is 4%
    4. The Minimum amount of loan funds we give out is $60,000.00 and the Maximum amount is $600,000,000.00
    5. We give our client 6 months of grace before they start making their repayment of the loan funds
    6. They will have to present a Collateral for the loan funds, if you don’t have you will have to get the Non-Collateral Document from our company.
    7. You will have to send us a scan copy of any of your ID CARD for proof OF Identity
    8. We do 100% funding.
    9. Application/expense fee which is 1% of the loan.

    • We're willing to offer you a loan at a rate of 4% with no prepayment penalty. 
    • We lend a minimum of $60,000 and a maximum of $600,000,000 for a duration up to 20 years.

    We have referral fee of 30% from the total interest paid by client and it is paid once the loan has been approved and Sent to your client.
